Your new role:
You will be responsible for assisting managers, directors and partners managing a varied portfolio of clients, handling all of their R&D, patent box and creative industry relief projects. Working across a variety of sectors, you will be supporting clients across construction, engineering, architecture and software. Maintaining relationships with clients and managing expectations surrounding claims and deadlines. Preparing and reviewing technical tax relief claims, handling calculations etc. Development of staff members and more junior team members, supporting with training. Working with other key stakeholders and tax professionals across the firm to spot opportunities.
What you will need to succeed:
- Suitably qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT), or a professional qualification in science, engineering, software etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role working on incentive reliefs
- Strong report writing skills
- Proficiency in English and mathematics
