Our client is a well-respected fast-growing firm. They advise an impressive new and old money private client list, international families, serial entrepreneurs, business owners and family offices. The profile of the team ensures a steady flow of high-quality personal tax work and the opportunity for a talented CTA to advise on a broad range of personal tax planning issues.

The team is growing and keen to appoint a Manager with strong experience of providing CGT, IHT, trusts and domicile advice. The role will involve technical ad hoc advisory projects, working alongside some of the profession's leading Private Client partners, as well as overseeing the compliance on a portfolio of UHNWIs (reviewing the work of a team of junior CTAs).

Scope exists to get involved with marketing, networking and business development activities if one wishes and the role is very much client-facing, as a key point of contact. Genuine scope exists to progress towards Senior Manager and Director grades, in an environment that offers a supported career pathway.

The firm has adopted hybrid working and flexible hours, with most of the team in the office three days a week on average.
