Your new firm

Following significant national expansion , they are now seeking an Associate Director to strengthen their market-leading Private Client Tax team.
Led by an ex Big 4 Partner who also is the head of PCT in the North , you will be working alongside a highly respected figure in the industry, learning from one of the best.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile, ambitious practice where you\’ll have genuine influence over strategy and client direction.
Your new role
As an Associate Director in Private Client Tax , you\’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients ranging from entrepreneurs and HNWIs to complex family estates delivering exceptional advisory work and shaping long-term client relationships.
You\’ll also play a key role in business development , mentoring senior team members, and collaborating with partners to drive the firm\’s growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading and developing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
- Delivering complex private client tax planning and advisory projects
- Driving new business opportunities and converting leads into profitable engagements
- Overseeing and mentoring senior staff, conducting annual development reviews
- Supporting strategic firm-wide initiatives and contributing to business direction
- Ensuring compliance with all internal risk and governance frameworks
To be successful in this role, you\’ll need
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualification
- Significant private client tax experience within a professional practice
- Proven track record in delivering high-level tax advisory work
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
