Associate Director – Private Client Tax

We are working with a well-established Top 10 firm who are seeking an Associate Director to join their Private Client team in Scotland.
You will have the chance to work on a wide variety of tax planning and compliance assignments, supporting high-net-worth individuals and family enterprises with tailored, forward-thinking advice.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys complex advisory work, team leadership, and long-term client relationship management.
The Role:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of private clients, including complex individuals, family groups, and business owners
  • Deliver advisory projects in areas such as CGT, IHT, trusts, business structuring, succession planning, and more
  • Supervise and review work from junior team members, while supporting their technical development
  • Contribute to business development efforts, alongside directors and partners
