Private Corporate Tax Manager – Client AdvisoryLocation: Bristol
This Private Tax team advises a diverse range of entrepreneurial businesses – from owner‑managed and family‑run companies to PE‑backed and AIM‑listed groups. They go beyond compliance to act as strategic partners, helping clients navigate growth, change, and complex tax issues.
The Opportunity – Step Into a More Advisory‑Focused Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Tax Manager to join this expanding Private Tax team in Bristol. This is a standout opportunity to work directly with clients – including founders, CFOs and boards – on transactions, reorganisations, operational tax strategy, and bespoke planning. You’ll play a hands‑on advisory role, helping clients make informed decisions while building lasting relationships. With significant investment in the team, you’ll be part of a growing and high‑profile practice with real momentum.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a day‑to‑day tax adviser, delivering strategic solutions
- Lead conversations on restructurings, transactions and tax planning
- Build trusted relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Supervise and develop junior team members
- Drive high‑quality project delivery with a commercial mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Strong corporate tax experience with a client‑facing background
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
