Join this dynamic Private Tax team, where we specialize in advising privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals, family enterprises, and private equity-backed companies on UK and international tax matters. They\’re looking for Directors with corporate tax expertise to play a key role in our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio, delivering expert tax advisory services to diverse clients, including well-known brands.
• Work closely with experienced Partners and Directors, developing new client relationships and pursuing growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams on complex projects and stay updated on technical tax developments.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.

About You

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in UK and international corporate tax.
• Skilled in client relationship management, business development, and complex problem-solving.
• A strong communicator and proactive team leader with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
