Overview
A technically strong Private Business Tax Assistant Manager is required to join an award-winning team in their Cambridge office in what will be an advisory biased role.
Responsibilities
The Private Business Tax Assistant Manager will take a lead on client advisory working with both UK and the local markets across the central region. In this role typically you will work on:
- Restructuring
- Private client tax issues affecting entrepreneurs/owners of businesses
- Tax / due Diligence
- Management buyouts
- International tax matters, particularly with firm expansions
The uniqueness in this team compared to their competitors is the breadth of work and focus on advisory you will manage and the lack of risk to becoming pigeonholed as this is a mixed tax role. I am working directly with the Partner of this team who is ideally seeking an individual who wants to progress through the ranks.
