As a Personal Tax Senior Associate, you will work closely with a broad portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, landed estates, and owner-managed businesses across Scotland and beyond. This firm combines deep technical expertise with a people-first culture built on trust, flexibility, and collaboration.
About the Role
- Managing the delivery of complex personal tax compliance work and supporting a varied private client portfolio.
- Building strong client relationships and providing proactive tax advice across succession planning, inheritance tax, restructuring, and owner-managed business matters.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team while contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
- Identifying opportunities to add further value to clients and supporting continuous improvement across tax operations and processes.
