We are looking for a Personal Tax Manager to oversee a diverse compliance portfolio of sole traders, individuals, and company directors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive firm where your expertise and leadership will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality personal tax compliance services.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of self-assessment tax returns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and support clients with proactive solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and deadlines.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Significant experience in personal tax, ideally within a practice environment.
  • ATT qualified and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio and lead a team.
