Join this rapidly expanding Private Client Team, where you'll manage the tax affairs of private equity funds, unincorporated businesses, trusts, high-net-worth individuals, and successful entrepreneurs. You'll not only solve a dynamic range of technical challenges but also build lasting relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.

Key Requirements:
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of taxation, particularly advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and wealth protection structures.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing engagement, billings, and identifying new opportunities.
- Expertise in providing private client and trust compliance and advisory services, while utilizing shared service resources effectively.
- Understanding of risk management within client engagement and the firm’s operations.
Leadership & Development:
- Guide, supervise, and mentor less experienced colleagues, fostering their growth while enhancing your leadership capabilities.
- Champion continuous improvement by challenging current practices and leading the charge for change.
- Take ownership of decisions and actions, both for yourself and others, while driving key projects of varying complexity.
- Support the firm’s growth by identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Degree educated and CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong track record in managing complex tax advisory services, including succession planning, restructuring, and reviewing intricate UK tax computations and returns.
Your Role in Progressing to Directorship:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with complex needs, working alongside directors and partners to deliver a personalized, client-focused service.
- Oversee WIP, recoveries, and billing while ensuring adherence to the firm’s quality control procedures.
- Actively contribute to business development by identifying risks, technical challenges, and opportunities for growth.
