Your new role:
As a Private Client Tax Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of complex clients, overseeing compliance while leading on high-value advisory work. You'll manage and develop junior team members, review technical work, and contribute to the continued growth of the team by supporting business development and client relationship initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of compliance and advisory services
- Leading on bespoke tax planning projects - including residence and domicile, succession planning, and inheritance tax
- Reviewing complex tax computations and correspondence with HMRC
- Supporting partners and directors in business development and client pitches
- Managing, coaching, and developing junior team members
- Maintaining a strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in Private Client or Personal Tax within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Experience leading projects and managing junior colleagues
