Corporate Tax Manager (Financial Services)
Manchester City Centre + Hybrid working
£55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus
I'm currently working with a leading professional services firm in North who are looking to expand their financial services team with a Corporate Tax Manager.
Your new role:
- Manage corporate tax compliance and tax return submissions.
- Oversee tax reporting, provisions, and disclosures
- Provide tax advice on transactions, restructurings, and new business activities.
- Manage relationships with HMRC, auditors, and external advisers
- Identify and mitigate tax risks while maintaining strong tax governance
- Support cross-border, transfer pricing, and withholding tax matters
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership teams
- Lead tax projects, process improvements, and develop junior team members.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Suitably qualified (ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA etc)
- Strong UK corporate tax experience
- Tax accounting & reporting knowledge/experience
- Previous FS client experience is desirable, but not essential
