Following significant investment into their UK tax practice, they are now looking to expand their Business Tax Advisory leadership team. Led by market-leading Partners with Big 4 and global-firm backgrounds, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing, modern, collaborative team where you'll have real influence and visibility.
Your new role:
As an Associate Director in Business Tax Advisory, you'll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on complex UK and international corporate tax matters. You'll advise large, listed and multinational groups, delivering strategic, high-value tax solutions while driving innovation and best practice across the team. You'll also play a key role in relationship development, process improvement and coaching junior talent - shaping the future of the service line.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing relationships with large, listed and global corporate clients
- Providing high-level advisory support on complex areas of corporate tax legislation
- Leading on innovation and the use of technology within the advisory process
- Driving continuous improvement and the development of people within the team
- Collaborating across service lines, including Consulting, Risk Advisory, M&A and Technology
- Supporting business development and winning new advisory mandates
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- ACA and/or CTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience advising large corporate, listed and international groups
- Strong technical tax knowledge covering complex advisory work
- Proven ability to build new client relationships and win work
- Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and service lines
