Working with large international and mid-cap private equity houses, infrastructure funds, multi-national companies, and emerging capital providers , the team delivers on some of the biggest and most complex deals across Europe .

Your new role:
As an M&A Tax Manager , you will:
- Work across the full deal cycle: due diligence, tax structuring, SPA/financing input, post-acquisition implementation, reorganisations, and exit planning.
- Gain exposure to a wide client base across PE, infrastructure, and corporate sectors.
- Support and lead client business development activities, honing your marketing and relationship management skills.
- Provide technical training and coaching to junior colleagues while continuing your own professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality tax advice across all stages of the M&A lifecycle
- Managing and reviewing complex technical work and presenting findings to clients
- Leading client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
- Coaching, developing, and managing junior members of the team
To be successful in this role, you\’ll need:
- Prior M&A Tax experience in a professional services environment
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proven ability to analyse complex information, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions
