A leading specialist boutique is continuing to expand its valuations team and is looking to hire ambitious individuals who are keen to develop their expertise across a broad range of clients, sectors and projects. The team advises high-calibre clients on a wide variety of valuation matters. Due to ongoing growth and increasing demand within the valuations service line, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established and collaborative team with strong long-term progression prospects.
We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of direct valuations experience. Whether you already specialise in valuations or are looking to further develop your technical knowledge in this area, you will receive hands-on support and mentoring from experienced partners and colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience preparing valuations for purposes including:
- Tax-advantaged share option plans
- Employment-related securities
- Capital Gains Tax
- Inheritance Tax
- Corporate reorganisations
- A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how businesses operate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing directly with clients and intermediaries
- CTA and/or ACA qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
