An established Private Family Office is looking to recruit an experienced Trust Tax Manager or Senior Trust Tax Consultant to join its highly regarded team in London's West End. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied portfolio of family and charitable trusts and estates in a collaborative environment where quality of advice and long-term client relationships are the priority.
Responsibilities
- Managing trust and estate administration
- Preparing trust accounts and tax returns
- Calculating inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust income tax liabilities
- Managing trust distributions, beneficiary payments and R185s
- Reconciling trust bank accounts and preparing cashflow reports
- Liaising with HMRC, investment managers and external advisers
- Ensuring compliance with current trust and tax legislation
About You
- STEP qualification
- Experience managing UK trusts and estates
- Strong knowledge of trust taxation, accounting and compliance
- Experience preparing trust accounts and tax returns
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with CCH Trust Accounts, CCH Central and Accounts Production
