Award‑winning Big 4 firm is continuing to invest heavily in its Capital Allowances and Incentives team and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Tax Manager to play a key role in its next phase of growth. This is a standout opportunity for a capital allowances specialist who wants to work on some of the largest and most complex real estate, infrastructure and industrial projects in the UK, while also having a genuine voice in shaping a fast‑growing national team. You will manage a high‑value and varied portfolio spanning commercial offices, retail, hotels, student accommodation, logistics, manufacturing, industrial and healthcare, advising some of the UK's most recognisable businesses, funds and property groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver capital allowances, RDA and contaminated land relief claims
- Provide strategic advice on structuring, acquisitions, refurbishments and disposals
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑site and multi‑disciplinary projects
- Work closely with tax, audit, deals and real estate teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new opportunities
- Coach, develop and inspire a growing team of specialists
Qualifications
- CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification
- Strong hands‑on capital allowances experience gained in practice or industry
- Confident leading claims, managing client relationships and delivering projects
- Technically strong, with the ambition to develop or grow business development skills
- Experienced in managing and developing people
