- Work closely with the Head of Client Onboarding to manage the product backlog and prioritise features in accordance with colleague requirements.
- Own the relationship with the Vendor, working with them to ensure backlog items are clearly understood and requirements/scope fully defined.
- Lead the planning, review and refinement of all development activities, accepting or rejecting work based on agreed acceptance criteria.
- Act as primary liaison for the product across the firm, ensuring information is shared effectively between the vendors, Client Onboarding and Technical teams.
- Manage the budget and scope in relation to any development, as well as tracking the ongoing BAU budget and liaising with various teams (Procurement/Legal/Vendor) as appropriate.
- Work with Information Security and Data Protection teams to manage any known risks and assist with coordination of activities in line with this such as annual penetration testing and DPIA reviews.

- Someone with a deep understanding of product management techniques.
- Someone who can provide direction and empowerment to high performing, multidisciplinary teams and ensuring ROI.
- Proven experience within either a professional services or financial services environment.
- Understands the processes complexities and any regulatory requirements that the business face when engaging with Clients to ensure that the Workflow Tool "InTapp" is fit for purpose.
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills with management, team, peers and vendors.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Able to focus on service and its continuous improvement.
- Good Project Management skills.
Nice to haves:
- ITIL Foundation or relevant ITIL intermediate qualifications.
- Understanding of InTapp and Client Onboarding.
