We're working with a growing and highly regarded firm looking to appoint an M&A Tax Manager into their expanding Transaction Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Partners and Directors on a broad range of corporate transactions, advising entrepreneurial and owner‑managed businesses on deals ranging from £5m to £100m+.
Responsibilities
Supporting on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions
Delivering transaction tax advisory and due diligence work
Advising on restructures, acquisitions and post‑deal integration
Managing day‑to‑day workflow across live projects
Liaising with clients, advisers and internal teams
Supporting and developing junior team members
Qualifications
Strong UK transaction tax experience gained in practice
CTA qualified, ideally ACA/ACCA qualified also
Experience across advisory and/or due diligence work
Commercially minded with strong communication skills
Able to manage deadlines within fast‑paced deal environments
Keen to develop technically and progress within a growing team
