A rare opportunity has been created for an Expatriate Tax Manager who is commercially minded with 1st class communication skills to assist in leading a bright young tax team in Reading for this Top 10 firm. As part of recent growth developments within the Expatriate Tax division, our client is seeking an individual with strong advisory abilities, keen to take charge of new projects and assist junior members of the team with compliance overviewing.
You will be an existing Expatriate Tax Manager who is part or fully qualified and focused regarding your future tax career growth plans. In this role you will:
- Have significant experience within expatriate tax compliance, and able to work in an advisory focused role.
- Demonstration of knowledge in respect to payroll internationally and international social security is important.
- Knowledge of recent key updates and areas of focus in the area of Expatriate Tax is essential, e.g. the Statutory Residence Test, Short Term Business Visitors, Non-Resident Directors etc.
- Expatriate Tax advisory experience.
- Ability to manage a large and varied client portfolio.
- Demonstrable staff management experience.
- Ability actively seeks opportunities for selling new services to existing clients.
- Experience of dealing with client senior management and key stakeholders.
- Educated to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified.
