The Role
- Lead the delivery of client projects across equity reward and incentive arrangements.
- Design and structure equity and cash-based incentive plans (UK and international).
- Advise on the tax and commercial implications of corporate transactions on incentive plans.
- Work closely with senior management teams on how transactions impact personal incentives.
- Oversee a varied client portfolio including owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and listed groups.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
