This Private Client - Family Business team specialises in advising family-owned enterprises, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of tax matters. They go beyond compliance to provide strategic guidance on succession planning, business structuring, governance, and long-term wealth preservation. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, they deliver integrated solutions tailored to the unique needs of family-run businesses.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality advisory and planning services to family businesses and their owners.
- Managing a portfolio of tax compliance clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Supporting partners on bespoke projects such as succession planning, business restructures, and tax-efficient ownership models.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and across internal teams.
- Coaching junior staff and contributing to their development.
- Identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
About you
- CTA qualified (preferred) or equivalent experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Strong technical knowledge of private client and business tax matters.
- Proven experience delivering advisory work alongside compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting family businesses and understanding their long-term goals.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.
