Here at Pro-Tax we are working with a global law firm who is looking to recruit an International Tax Manager to join its established London team where you will be supporting the many regional offices with compliance and various advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Manage country-specific corporate tax compliance processes and support regional offices with entity-level tax filings.
- Oversee UK corporation tax compliance, including statutory reporting and preparation of tax provisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings in line with local regulations.

Transfer Pricing
- Lead the group’s transfer pricing compliance, ensuring documentation meets international standards and aligns with BEPS requirements.
- Support the preparation of transfer pricing reports and manage inter-company agreements.

Tax Advisory & Structuring
- Provide ad-hoc tax advice to regional finance teams on structuring, financing, and commercially driven projects.
- Evaluate the tax implications of cross-border transactions and business restructures.
- Advise on local tax exposures, including withholding taxes and treaty applications.

Stakeholder & Tax Authority Management
- Maintain strong relationships with tax authorities in the UK and overseas to manage audits, queries, and compliance obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance and legal teams, to address tax risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Global Tax Policy & Compliance Initiatives
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing compliance with OECD Pillar II regulations and other global tax initiatives.
- Monitor developments in international tax laws and advise the business on potential impacts.
Qualifications & Experience:

Qualifications:
ACA, CTA, or equivalent international qualification; a strong academic record. -
Experience:
- Significant experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory, gained in-house or at a Big 4/mid-tier firm.
- Proven expertise in international taxes ideally with some Pillar 2 experience.
- Experience dealing with tax authorities and navigating audits or disputes.
- Familiarity with OECD Pillar II guidelines and global tax trends is highly desirable.
