You will work across a range of projects, including:
- Structuring/restructuring
- M&A Activities including due diligence and planning
- Pillar 2 risk assessment
- Cross-border tax advice, based on your clients\’ commercial activities.
Our client is keen to speak to someone with Financial Services sector expertise (ideally Insurance, but other FS tributaries considered). You will have experience of advising to the C-Level and being a critical friend and business partner. There is the opportunity to travel to the US, where a lot of work is derived.
