About the Role

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing VAT compliance and advisory support across a range of sectors and technical matters.
  • Support junior team members with technical research, reviewing work and ongoing coaching and development.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver proactive, commercially focused VAT advice and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting wider team growth and performance targets.

About You

  • CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of VAT matters, including exposure to international and ROW issues.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice.
  • Organised and collaborative with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring junior staff.
