An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Corporate Tax professional to join a leading Big 4 firm as a Senior Manager.
Working within a high-performing Corporate Tax team., you will advise a diverse portfolio of large and multinational clients on complex international tax matters.

About the Role
- Advise a broad portfolio of UK listed, private equity-backed, inbound and family-owned businesses on complex international corporate tax matters, including BEPS Pillar Two, tax structuring and cross-border expansion.
- Lead the delivery of technically complex advisory projects, including refinancing, legal entity optimisation, transaction reorganisations and supporting clients through tax authority enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business development opportunities and contribute to winning new work through proposals and client presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while managing project delivery, collaborating with specialists across the UK and international network, and supporting the overall performance of the team.
