Employment Tax Senior Manager
Glasgow City Centre + Hybrid working
£75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits + Bonus
I'm currently working with a leading tax consultancy in the UK who are looking to expand their employment team in Glasgow with an experienced Senior Manager.

Your new role:
- Lead and deliver employment tax advisory and compliance projects for a portfolio of clients
- Advise clients on PAYE, NIC, benefits in kind, expenses, and employment tax legislation
- Manage HMRC enquiries, reviews, and tax risk assessments.
- Support clients with share schemes, termination payments, off-payroll working (IR35), and international mobility matters.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide commercially focused solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Review technical work and ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client pitches
- Monitor legislative changes and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams
To be successful you'll need:
- Suitable qualification (CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA)
- Strong employment tax experience in the UK market
- Currently operating at Manager (close to promotion) or Senior Manager level
