FS & Fin Tech Tax Manager | Big 4 | London

A great opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing Financial Services / Fin Tech Tax practice within a Big 4 firm, working with a high-profile portfolio of UK and multinational clients.

The role sits within the Financial Services Tax team and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers, with excellent long-term career progression.

The role

  • Deliver tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of Fin Tech, Payments and Financial Services clients.
  • Provide practical, commercial advice across UK and international tax matters.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted tax adviser.
  • Lead and develop junior members of the team, supporting a high-performing and inclusive culture.
  • Take responsibility for engagement management, including budgets, billing, risk and compliance.
  • Keep up to date with developments in UK and global tax legislation and their impact on clients.
  • What they're looking for
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Post-qualified tax experience, ideally within Financial Services and/or Technology.
  • Fin Tech or Payments experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Strong technical and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly.
  • Previous experience managing and developing a team.
  • A commercial, client-focused approach with the ambition to progress your career.
