Lead the delivery of client projects across equity reward and incentive arrangements. Design and structure equity and cash-based incentive plans (UK and international). Advise on the tax and commercial implications of corporate transactions on incentive plans. Work closely with senior management teams on how transactions impact personal incentives. Oversee a varied client portfolio including owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and listed groups. Coach and develop junior team members.

  • Strong experience in equity reward, incentives, or employment-related securities.
  • ACA / CTA (or equivalent) qualified.

  • Experience mentoring or managing junior staff.
