We are working with a top-tier Accountancy Firm, renowned for our excellence in providing comprehensive M&A Tax advice. We are working directly with the M&A Tax Partner to find a M&A Tax Director to join this esteemed team, based in their bustling Reading office. With a diverse clientele ranging from UK listed companies to PE-backed entities, inbound ventures, and family-owned businesses, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of dynamic organisations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the M&A Tax Advisory services, taking charge of tax due diligence, structuring, and international tax matters.
- Collaborate closely with specialised teams across the firm and oversee projects spanning multiple office locations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their businesses and needs.
- Drive new business proposals and innovative solutions while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
