We are working with a forward‑thinking firm that is passionate about building long‑term relationships and driving sustainable growth. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an Employment Tax Partner to join their team in the South.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of employment tax matters, including but not limited to executive compensation, salary sacrifice, HMRC negotiations, and the design review and implementation of client employment tax structures.
  • You will manage and develop key client relationships and play a pivotal role in the ongoing strategic direction of the firm’s tax services, while also leading and growing the employment tax team.

Candidate Profile

We are open to considering both established Partners or Senior Directors who are looking for the next step in their career and are ready to take on a leadership role within a growing business.
