Your new role: As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex employment tax advisory projects while developing relationships with key clients across multiple industries. You will take a strategic role in driving business growth, managing a talented team, and delivering technical excellence across areas such as IR35, PAYE/NIC, CIS, National Minimum Wage, and reward structuring.
- Leading complex Employment Tax advisory and HMRC enquiry projects
- Providing strategic advice on employment status, contractor compliance, and reward planning
- Managing a portfolio of high-value clients across varied sectors
- Developing and mentoring a team of Managers and junior staff
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposals and tenders
- Delivering technical training sessions and employment tax updates internally and externally
- Working closely with Partners to drive service line growth and ensure best-in-class delivery
About you: Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, ideally gained within practice. CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of managing clients and delivering high-quality advisory projects. Confident communicator with strong leadership and commercial skills. Ability to identify growth opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
