Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Tunbridge Wells
Progress your career. Thrive in a collaborative, ambitious team. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Tax professional to join this growing team in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients and take the lead on complex advisory and consultancy projects. Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you’ll be encouraged to develop a specialist area of expertise, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of compliance and complex advisory clients, delivering high-quality service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and raise the firm’s profile locally.
- Take a lead role in developing junior team members through mentoring, appraisals, and on‑the‑job training.
- Participate in marketing and PR initiatives to support business growth.
- Stay up to date with tax legislation and ensure compliance with relevant guidance and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical corporate tax expertise gained in practice and/or industry.
- Proven experience managing clients and leading project delivery.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about business development and growing a client base.
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or international equivalent).
