Your new role:
As a Tax Manager, you\’ll manage a portfolio of some of the firm\’s most complex clients, acting as a key point of contact and delivering timely and accurate corporation tax compliance services.
While the role is predominantly compliance‑focused, you\’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to advisory projects, business development opportunities, and cross‑departmental collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Apply in‑depth knowledge of corporation tax to deliver high‑quality client service
- Review tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
- Manage a diverse portfolio, including owner‑managed, PE‑backed and AIM‑listed clients
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their training and development
- Identify opportunities to add value through advisory services and internal referrals
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of tax engagements
To be successful in this role, you\’ll need:
- CTA and/or ACA qualified with at least 2 years\’ post‑qualified experience
- Strong corporation tax compliance and tax accounting expertise
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver results
