Your new role:
As a Tax Manager , you\’ll manage a portfolio of some of the firm\’s most complex clients, acting as a key point of contact and delivering timely and accurate corporation tax compliance services.
While the role is predominantly compliance-focused , you\’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to advisory projects, business development opportunities, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Apply in-depth knowledge of corporation tax to deliver high-quality client service
- Review tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
- Manage a diverse portfolio, including owner-managed, PE-backed and AIM-listed clients
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their training and development
- Identify opportunities to add value through advisory services and internal referrals
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of tax engagements
To be successful in this role, you\’ll need:
- CTA and/or ACA qualified with at least 2 years\’ post-qualified experience
- Strong corporation tax compliance and tax accounting expertise
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver results
