As a Corporate Tax Associate Director, you’ll take ownership of a client portfolio that includes international sporting organisations, delivering high‑value advisory projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior finance leaders, building trusted relationships and leading on specialist projects such as structuring, international tax planning, and transaction support.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering advisory and compliance solutions.
- Lead tax advisory projects including international structuring, refinancing, and transactions.
- Manage tax compliance processes, reporting, and risk management for high‑profile clients.
- Coordinate with overseas teams to deliver cross‑border solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team.
- Build expertise across industries, with a specialist focus on sports and media.
Qualifications
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification.
- Strong experience in Corporate Tax.
- Proven record of managing a portfolio of clients and delivering advisory projects.
- Transaction experience (structuring, due diligence, international tax) desirable.
