Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will take a lead role in managing client relationships, delivering advisory projects, and coaching junior members of the team. You'll also have the opportunity to work on transactions, restructuring, tax audits, and multinational compliance projects.
Key responsibilities include
- Acting as the main client contact across your portfolio
- Leading on delivery of advisory projects, including transactions, restructuring, and M&A
- Managing compliance and reporting processes across multinational organisations
- Overseeing international tax projects, including Pillar II, TP, and cross-border planning
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development
- Working with overseas teams to deliver global tax solutions
To be successful in this role, you'll need
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified with strong Corporate Tax background
- Experience managing client portfolios and delivering advisory projects
- Strong knowledge of UK and international corporate tax legislation
- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams and deliver against multiple deadlines
