Your new role
I’m currently working with a leading tax advisory practice in the UK who are looking to expand in Glasgow. A well-known and growing firm they provide a range of tax advisory services to OMBs and large groups across the UK.
You’ll be joining a newly created Glasgow office and assist the wider team with a variety of tax advisory matters.

Responsibilities
- As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager you will get involved in a range of tax advisory including M&A, Mergers, Demergers, Restructuring, Due Diligence, Succession Planning, EMI Scheme, and Share Schemes.
- Due to the variety of advisory work the above work will be tailored around your experience and skill set.
- You’ll work with a wider team across the UK and support with the development of the Glasgow office through networking and business development activities.
Qualifications
- ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified
- Experience working in corporate tax compliance or advisory
- Big 4 / Top 10 experience is welcomed (a lot of the team are ex big firm)
- M&A experience is desirable but not essential
- Desire to work on corporate tax advisory projects
