Corporate Tax Manager – Client Advisory FocusJoin this dynamic team as a Corporate Tax Manager and become a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients across the Central region. In this role, you won\’t just manage compliance—you\’ll guide clients through complex tax challenges, delivering proactive, insightful advice that supports their business growth and strategic goals.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a trusted expert advisor, providing tailored corporate tax solutions that go beyond compliance to help clients navigate planning opportunities and minimize risks.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with a wide range of clients—from owner‑managed businesses to large multinational groups, understanding their unique needs and helping them achieve their ambitions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver forward‑thinking tax strategies, ensuring they’re equipped to respond to evolving regulatory and market environments.
- Contribute to business development by identifying advisory opportunities, preparing proposals, and representing the firm at networking events to expand our client base and deepen existing relationships.
- Mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional client service, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Who you are
- ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent (CTA qualification is a plus), with strong expertise in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
- A proactive advisor who listens carefully, understands client priorities and communicates complex tax matters in clear, practical terms.
- Experienced in managing and developing teams, with a passion for coaching and nurturing talent to enhance client service excellence.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, ready to play a key role in the growth and success of both your regional office and the wider firm.
