The Opportunity
- You’ll work with ambitious, acquisitive businesses ranging from privately owned groups to PE‑backed organisations, supporting them with complex tax reporting, deferred tax provisioning and tax audits within financial statements.
- The team advises clients operating in fast‑paced environments where high‑quality, commercially focused delivery is critical.
- You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of technical tax accounting issues, M&A activity and evolving reporting challenges.
What does the day to day look like?
- Preparing and reviewing tax accounting calculations for statutory reporting purposes.
- Supporting and reviewing audits of tax within financial statements.
- Advising on complex deferred tax and tax provisioning matters.
- Managing relationships across a varied client portfolio.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and tax functions.
- Contributing to technically challenging and commercially driven engagements.
