Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and tax structuring projects, working closely with specialists across VAT, Employment Taxes, and Transaction Services.
  • Manage client engagements, contribute to legal documentation and models, develop junior team members, and support business development.
