What\’s the Role?

As Compliance Manager, you\’ll help ensure the business remains fully aligned with relevant legal and professional regulations (e.g., ICAEW, AML, GDPR). This is a broad and visible role covering risk assessment, policy development, compliance training, and audit reviews.

You will have responsibility across:

  • Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Oversee policies, training, and monitoring to ensure standards are upheld across the firm.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively assess internal processes and help shape the future of compliance across multiple service lines.
  • Client Onboarding & AML Procedures: Lead due diligence frameworks and maintain robust reporting processes.
  • Monitoring & Audits: Regularly review internal controls, client files, and operational practices, and provide clear reporting to leadership.
  • Training & Culture: Drive awareness and promote a positive compliance culture that aligns with the firm\’s values.
