Overview
Market‑leading R&D and innovation tax practice is growing rapidly and is hiring experienced Senior Managers to join its specialist R&D and Patent Box team. You’ll work with some of the UK’s most innovative and high‑profile businesses across technology, life sciences, engineering, manufacturing, fintech and defence. This is a chance to move into a genuinely specialist national team, handling complex, high‑value R&D and Patent Box work while having a clear and realistic route to Director and Partner.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver R&D and Patent Box engagements end‑to‑end
- Act as trusted adviser to CFOs, tax leaders and innovation teams
- Manage HMRC enquiries and technical issues
- Build client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams
