We are working with a fast‑growing, forward‑thinking accountancy firm looking to build out its business tax advisory practice to support a wide range of owner‑managed businesses, SMEs, groups, and some larger corporates. As part of their continued expansion, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Director or Partner level candidate to take a lead on tax advisory capability, help to build a team, and increase their client‑base.

This position forms a key part of the firm's growth strategy and succession for the region, offering significant scope to shape the direction of the business tax offering and play an influential role within the leadership team. The role provides extensive client exposure, responsibility for complex advisory work, and a central function in maintaining technical quality across the tax practice.

With a corporate tax background, you will deliver high‑quality corporate tax advisory services to business owners, their companies, and large corporates. Advisory work will span corporate structuring, business sales and acquisitions, Share Schemes, and employee incentive planning.
