We are working with a leading tax practice seeking an ambitious Share Schemes Tax Associate Director to join its growing Reward & Incentives team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced share schemes specialist who is looking for a clear and accelerated route to Director level, with the opportunity to progress within 12 months. The team advises a broad range of entrepreneurial businesses, privately owned companies, listed groups and multinational organisations on all aspects of employee incentives and share‑based remuneration.

The Role- Advising clients on the design, implementation and operation of employee share plans and incentive arrangements
- Providing technical guidance on UK share schemes, including EMI, CSOP, SAYE, LTIPs and growth shares
- Supporting privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and listed companies with remuneration and incentive strategy
- Leading client engagements and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Reviewing complex technical work and providing support to managers and junior team members
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the practice
- Working closely with wider tax teams to deliver joined‑up advice on reward, employment tax and corporate transactions
- Significant experience specialising in share schemes, incentives or employee reward taxation
- Strong technical knowledge across UK share plans and incentive arrangements
- Experience managing client relationships and leading advisory engagements
- The confidence to operate at a senior level with entrepreneurs, executives and corporate clients
- A commercial approach with the ability to identify opportunities and support business growth
- Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent) is preferred, although relevant specialist experience will also be considered
- A clear and realistic pathway to Director within 12 months
