Are you an experienced Share Plans & Reward tax professional looking for a genuine opportunity to step into a Director position within the next 12 months? A leading professional services firm is investing heavily in its Reward team and is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Director who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of the practice. With a strong pipeline of work, a collaborative leadership team and a clear succession plan, this role offers one of the best opportunities in the market for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Working alongside Partners and Directors, you'll advise a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients on all aspects of employee incentives and reward. You'll be trusted to build long-term client relationships, lead complex advisory projects and support the continued growth of the team.
Projects will include:
- Employee share plans (EMI, CSOP, SAYE and SIP)
- Executive remuneration and incentive planning
- Equity incentives for private and listed businesses
- International share plan advice and global mobility considerations
- Employment tax aspects of reward structures
- M&A share scheme due diligence and transaction support
- HMRC compliance and reporting requirements
- Business development, networking and identifying new opportunities
You’ll also play an important role in mentoring and developing junior members of the team while helping shape the strategic direction of the Reward practice.
What We're Looking For
- ACA, CTA, ATT or equivalent qualified
- Significant experience within Share Plans, Equity Reward or Employee Incentives
- Strong technical knowledge across UK share schemes and reward taxation
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory-led projects
- Commercial mindset with an interest in winning and developing business
- Ambition to progress quickly into a Director role
