Overview
Senior Client Onboarding Leader - Birmingham or Liverpool (Reporting directly to c-suite)

- Own, define and create the end-to-end client onboarding strategy ensuring a 1st class and high quality client service and experience
- Ability to drive change management and lead on transformation opportunities to drive efficiency without sacrificing quality
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who is keen to effect change in order to ensure that the client onboarding process and strategy is best in class
- Strong experience in leading the end-to-end client onboarding function at a large matrix organisation
- Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not required
- A strategic and commercial thinker with excellent stakeholder management; both internally (Exec team, Heads of Business, General Counsel amongst others) and externally
- Able to manage a large team of specialists
- Experience in project and programme management
Note: The onboarding process covers all aspects of AML / KYC and it is essential for the role holder to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
