I am working with a leading Big 4 firm looking to appoint an experienced US/UK Tax Director to join its London Private Client team. This is a senior, client-facing role managing a portfolio of international HNW, non-domiciled individuals, family offices, and principals with complex US and UK tax affairs. The role spans both compliance and advisory, with significant exposure to technically challenging and high-profile matters. You will lead the delivery of complex engagements, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and support business development. You will play a key role in the development and mentoring of junior team members, as well as contributing to the strategic and operational management of the team.
About you:
- Strong experience at Director (or equivalent) level within professional services
- Deep technical knowledge of US and UK private client tax, including signing off return
- Proven experience advising HNW and non-dom clients
- Commercial, confident, and effective at building senior client relationships
- Experienced people leader with a collaborative management style
