We are currently working with a leading Big 4 M&A Deals tax team who are looking to expand their regional teams with Assistant Manager level appointments across the North, specifically Glasgow & Manchester.

Your new role:
- You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of a deal getting involved in M&A, business recovery and real estate.
- Working with a diverse and national client base supporting high profile multi-national organisations, Private Equity backed businesses, start-ups and Owner managed businesses.
- Buy side & sell side due diligence projects
- Business development activities, getting involved in supporting the wider team with new business
- Work closely with more junior members of staff, helping develop, mentoring and coaching.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Either CTA, ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
- Exposure to M&A / Deals tax
- Strong work ethic and a passion for deals tax
- Sound corporate tax knowledge
