Transfer Pricing Tax Director ā Big 4 FirmLondon ā cĀ£150,000 + car allowance, bonus & package
ProTax are currently partnering with a market-leading Big 4 Transfer Pricing team to recruit an experienced Tax Director to join their expanding practice. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of international tax, advising some of the world's most recognised consumer brands and global business services groups.
The Role
As Tax Director, you will take on a key leadership position, managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and delivering on complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements. Your responsibilities will span technical expertise, client relationship management, and business development.
You will be involved in:
- Designing and implementing transfer pricing policies.
- Advising on intercompany arrangements (services, intellectual property, procurement, production, and distribution).
- Supporting clients with transfer pricing documentation and disputes, including Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs).
- Leading supply/value chain analysis, modelling, and restructuring projects.
- Advising on M&A and cross-border structuring.
- Working on multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with indirect tax, direct tax, and other global specialists.
- Building trusted client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth strategy.
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership experience within a Big 4, top-tier accountancy practice, or FTSE multinational business.
- Strong technical expertise across transfer pricing policy, disputes, and international structuring.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing client accounts.
